Our Mobile Bakery
We dreamed, and it is a reality.
We’re in the process of building our state of the art 55’ Featherlite mobile bakery trailer! We’ll begin traveling in Fall 2023 to events and will update this page as we progress with building it. Special thanks to everyone who has made this dream a reality, without all of you none of this would be possible.

Our state of the art mobile bakery is nearly complete! Proudly featuring JBL 305 series Studio Monitors and 310 series Party Box to keep the music loud and clear while we bake. Behind the viewing windows we have an on-board dough sheeter and 4 Blodgett DFG-100 ovens, Hood Mart commercial exhaust hood, along with a Traulsen proofer which will allow you to watch us to bake 24 dozen of our 12 ounce cinnamon rolls at one time!
We’ve also fabricated our serving windows in a truly unique fashion as custom lazy susan style pass-through’s that keep our bakery as sealed up. This eliminates the issues of foreign objects getting into our delicious cinnamon rolls and coffee that traditional food trailers tend to have.
Build the brand.
We’ve taken great pride with expanding our cinnamon roll business into a mobile bakery on a scale and level that has never been done before! We will bring our mobile bakery to your event and bake the cinnamon rolls right in front of your audience where you can actually watch us make them! Once completed we will be doing local area fundraisers for school and group activities to give back to our community and help you all raise some dough with a special treat so many people enjoy!
